As long as you take good care and aren’t very clumsy this refurbished phone is good

an android user but bought this from Best Buy as a second phone to monitor my kids' apple products and i have to say it's been easy to use and light. Its a great phone with a lot of feature and great battery life.

I owned this same phone previously and really liked it, and was looking to replace it. Best Buy offered the most competitive price for the phone, and it was packaged very well. I did not have any issues getting it "up and running" with my carrier (XFinity Mobile), and I have been using it now for nearly a month without any problems whatsoever - great purchase!

Phone was exactly what i was wanting. Shipped in time arrived on time. Everything thing was great ordering from best buy as usually.

I ordered this re-furbished IPhone as I needed one for work - nothing fancy. I was very pleasantly surprised when it came without any blemishes whatsoever and 100% battery capacity, despite the description saying that scratches may be present and they onky guaranteed 80% battery capacity with a refurbished product.

Was in great condition, easy to set up. Better than expected.

The phone was only set up for use yesterday, but I had a iPhone se previously and i enjoy the ease of use. I would like to say, Diane, the Tech at Best Buy in Patchogue who set up my phone, was above WONDERFUL. She was polite, Professional, Understanding, and Knowledgeable. Lovely young lady!

This IPhone SE was a lot cheaper than a new one,and works just like a new one.

This iphone SE is amazing its a replacement because i recently broke my iphone7. But now i love the SE its newer then my iphone7 and the features are awesome.. thank you best buy.

It’s cheap, light. Its not the best and most durable, but it’s got what I need for an iOS device. But the battery can drain pretty quickly so don’t forget to have a battery on you.
