It’s a great phone for the price and looked almost new

Bought this to replace the exact same phone that had a graphics issue. Decided to go with pre-owned since we were mid cycle on the one that died. Phone looked great and has performed perfectly since we got it. The OS was several revs back and this manifested as an inability to get past the country option screen. I tried several things but the only way I could get past the screen to get the updates loaded was a hard connection to my MacBook Pro.

Product was in great condition and worked great and looked exactly how pictured.

Good for an iphone that I just need for messaging I guess. The family have a texting group where they can't add me without creating another one or something so I was using my iMac to message until I got this and I connect it to the wifi at work and home so I can receive their messages instead of booting up my computer. It dies pretty fast though. Only lasts a day or so without charge. I can't say much about anything else since I just use it for the messages. So if you just want it for that it's good, otherwise get an android.

It was a nice gift for my husband which he liked for he can just put it in his pocket and not so complicated because he’s just a simple guy and not techie.

Would definitely buy again, came in handy for my smaller children

The phone came in looking great. No scratches no flaws. Battery life is acceptable. This model has a smaller battery so it'll need recharging more often. Otherwise shopping was excellent, the phone itself is flawless.

This phone works great. It's 4G, as a 2nd Gen, but that doesn't hold me back as it's mostly used for calls. Excellent condition, like-new. I didn't understand all the intricacies of transferring the old phone info to the new one but the Geek Squad was super-helpful.

Broke my new phone so had to buy this until I can upgrade. Its cheap and that's the selling point. Performance is slow as should be expected for such an old device versus current ones
