Broke my new phone so had to buy this until I can upgrade. Its cheap and that's the selling point. Performance is slow as should be expected for such an old device versus current ones

This is my first time purchasing a used device from BestBuy, and the experience so far has been great. I needed an inexpensive phone to receive work calls to, and so far this phone has met all my expectations. I’ll definitely purchased a used device from BestBuy in the future.

Easy purchasing and quality refurbished item. There were a couple of scratches on the item itself. However, with a quality case protecting the item, no one sees the scratches and it looks brand new. System runs a bit slower compared to newer iPhones however, it is still able to function as it should.

Good for a bit. After a couple months the battery ran down to 75% capacity, and all the symptoms that go with that. BB did have a 90 day warranty on some things, so that’s good. But still frustrating

No blemishes on the phone. Clean and shiny! Although I haven't owned it very long and have yet to have a session with someone more savvy about these things, it seems to work fine. At only 64GB, it is double my old phone which I never had an issue with but I'm asked repeatedly if I wish to buy more storage. I would recommend to friends/buy again.

My spouse had a IPhone 7 for a few years and it was a great phone so I purchased this phone and hope she gets a lot of use out of it,she only knows how to call out and receive calls bc she had a stroke a while ago and now gas early stage of Dementia.

This was a phone for my dad, who doesn’t need all the best features on the latest smartphone. We just needed a simple iphone since our family is all in the ios ecosystem. This fit the bill and was available open-box in nearly perfect condition for a good price.
