I enjoy very much and I would tell people how good it is

I had a wonderful experience. I had a budget and they got me what I needed within that budget.

An excellent phone I liked it. I think the chances that you would really receive a product are pretty small, I don’t like big phones, more easy for me to use small phone at the same time a lot of good options , You would have a much better chance of this product

Works good and it is refurbished I will always to for a refurbished before paying full price

I was nervous the phone would be dirty or not nice, but It was great! I got this phone for youngest son as it is cheaper & he is 11 & only has Wifi for now. Only concern is battery life, but has been ok so far- Glad I bought it. Put it in new iPhone box w/new cords - it did the trick for Christmas : he knew a brand new $$$ phone wasn’t happening & not necessary at this time

I got this as a gift for my child with special needs. It is perfect for his communication apps and he feels so proud to own an iPhone. I definitely would recommend this model because it is sleek and user friendly with a button instead of the swipe up feature on the screen. Also, I am relieved that it is water resistant and quite durable!

iPhone is good but battery health is not good. Its less than 80% and its discharging very fast. Please make sure before purchase any iPhone check battery health first.

The Pre-owned Apple phone was great. And has been working very well. The tac was not able to open the phone to chance the sims card. I did go to the Target Store and a tech there took care of the sims card at no cost.

Great phone for 13 year old. Inexpensive and easy to use.

My old, old SE was starting to be unreliable and finding this as a replacement suited my needs very well. Did not break the bank and nearly everything transferred over smoothly. A big upgrade for me, maybe not so attractive if you have higher expectations from your iPhone.

I have no complaints and phone was ready and available as advertised.

I bought it for my 12 year old son. He's had it for over a year already. Works great, doesn't freeze or slow down.

This was supposed to be certified refurbished iPhone. I had purchased for my sister because her phone had broke, it was nice and then when she started using it, the battery started dying very quickly. I looked under settings and it said battery was depleted and needed new battery. The geek squad gentleman that helped me was appalled it was marked as excellent condition and certified with a bad battery.

I have not been able to get emails on my phone.Also, calls are being blocked and going straight to voicemail. The recording states VM is full.

Good cell phone ..Simple to use and easy mode settings. Always have great options available from Best Buy with their wonderful pricing
