Works pretty good, only problem I have is that the battery dies pretty quick. Other than that, no complaints so far.

While I understand that it is refurbished (or gently used or whatever phrase you want to put on it), they need to do better job of removing old info from the phone before reselling. Bought this for my son in middle school and when we started it up it still had the Instagram (and other info) of the previous user. Oddly enough my son actually goes to school with the girl who previously owned it. Small chips and scratches but nothing extremely wrong with the phone otherwise. Picking up the phone from the store I will admit was quick and painless.

This phone was in excellent condition. It was affordable and bonus Noah helped set it up free of charge! I bought my last iPhone from Best Buy and couldn’t be happier

Works fine, looks new. This is a great option if you need a phone but don't want to be in debt over it.
