    Best Buy is an unprofessional company; otherwise, they would not sell phones whose batteries last only 3 hours. Now I have to go back again to Best Buy to return the second phone that does not work. I should have gone with BackMarket.

    I purchased this preowned phone and the battery is dead. I spoke to customer service and they won’t replace the battery they told me to return it within 14 days, but I’m out of town and don’t have the packaging to return it. They refuse to help otherwise, just keep saying return it understanding full well I cannot until I get back home. What a rip off of a loyal total care member smh.
