This is a pretty average iPhone, no bells and whistles. I highly recommend it if you have kids or somebody older that doesn't really use the phone. But if you like to use your phone a lot or somewhere in between, I don't recommend this phone.

This was a gift , works perfect. Came packaged and with charger.

While the phone was in excellent cosmetic condition, the battery was very weak and did not hold a charge for long. I would've returned it if it wasn't a gift. Now am the sucker who gave a bad gift. Save your money and buy a brand-new phone android.

The pre-owned phone that we received was in great physical condition; and booted up well, but then froze during the setup. It was a gift for my granddaughter's "official teen" birthday; but her initial surprise and joy quickly turned to extreme disappointment! It had to be returned and we decided to go with a new one.

My husband needed a new phone. I have a 2020 SE Apple phone and purchased one for him because I really like the size and ease of using it. We are happy with this phone.

I bought this phone to upgrade from an older model. I didn’t want to spend over $500. Getting this preowned phone which was cleaned up and certified by Best Buy was a good option. It’s like I have a brand new phone without the new phone price.

The phone was good for the first month after that it has issues holding a charge then the back camera went out and then the front camera… pretty messed up and no one was able to to help with anything
