Battery health 86% and minor scratches on screen. Everything else looked good. If you don’t plan on using your iphone alot this used iPhone SE will work fine for making calls. If you’re a heavy data user and take lots of pictures the battery will die fast.

Purchased this used phone for my son for Christmas. I was replacing an old iphone 7 plus with this phone. It came with the phone, charging cord and plug. It has worked great and saves a lot of money vs buying a new phone.

The phone is for an ill senior of limited income. The battery does not hold a charge for long. It’s just one more thing to worry about.

Home button quit working 3 weeks after purchase. Called customer service who set up an appointment with Geek Squad. Arrived to the appointment and was told due to the battery life at 75% ( what it was when purchased) and it being refurbished that they would not fix it, exchange it, or return it. So basically I wasted over $200 on a piece of trash
