    The phone itself works very well, and the appearance is very good. It is so much less expensive than the phones at the Verizon store so it is a very good value.

    The iPhone SE was easy to set up and have had no problems with it so far. Was delivered on time.I recommend buying unlocked iPhones from Best Buy.

    It was a nice purchase. Works great with usb and the power brick. Had some scratches but the screen was in perfect condition.

    Sold as an unlocked phone and it was not unlocked. Best Buy directed me to the original cell phone carrier to ask management to unlock the phone and because I was not a customer of that carrier, they would not unlock it. Best Buy management told me to wait 90 days and the phone would be unlocked. I asked the manager at Best Buy why did they advertise and sell the phone as unlocked. He had no answer.

    Theres something defective with it. It just vibrates itswlf off the table onto the floor. Like it always has a humming from the motor or something.
