Refurbished so did not work as good. They returned it no problem. You get what you pay for.

The camera doesn´t work properly, it has a vibration that does not focus well

It keeps heating up and I’ve only had it for a month.

I did not take this item out of the box. When I found it was not 5G,I traded it in on an iPhone 13 which is 5G & works fine

One speaker doesn’t work, and the screen is kinda scratched, but for $200 you can’t complain

Not the newest but was a good buy as a gift for first phone

The lady at the front desk sold me a refurbished phone without telling me until after I paid for it. My son’s phone doesn’t even work, they told me I had to have the receipt after I gave it to my son on Christmas and put services on it, it glitched so bad. It’s just sitting on my dresser

Phone had 80 percent battery life. Best buy used and open box products are mostly a scam. They hardly have good deals and total membership is mostly useless.

phone says it has 100% battery, however, it only lasts 3 hours on 100% charge. Gets so hot if used more than 5 minutes I can't even handle it. Phone is junk

Shipping was horrible, this item was a gift to my mother in law and was late

horrible quality, horrible price, stuck with this trash now. battery life 75%, touch randomly stops working at corners

Unfortunately, the SE was too small, so we returned to exchange the phone. Best Buy was hassle-free and exchanged the phone for a new version.

I would recommend only if cost savings is essential.

Do not buy preowned, not protected with your membership in Total Tech. I am a Total Tech member and have so far been really happy with the program. I have purchased many items within the past year (TV, microwave, Legos, Apple Watch). Some of these were even open box, which is awesome because the protection applies to open box. However, this phone only lasted 2 months and is not protected by my membership which was not totally clear when the purchase was made.

The sound when at max was just barely able to be heard in a quiet setting & not acceptable. When I took it to the store to return it & told the customer service clerk why I was returning it (it was defective) she still said she had to charge me the $45 return fee. She made no attempt to verify my claim. WILL NEVER ORDER ANOTHER CELL PHONE FROM BEST BUY!

Excellent phone. For the price and quality for a refurb I am happy and impressed.

Obviously it was a preowned/refurb so it is what it is. But definitely has its issues. Was passed its return date before they were noticable. Def don’t recommend buying on unless new.
