Phone was in excellent condition and everything was functional the only problem I had was the battery life

Good purchase i was glad to find this phone at a good price

everything looks new and it boots up. have not activated it with a phone service yet. best buys customer support told me these phone a phones returned withing a week or so meaning the battery condition should be 100%. They said they do not take in old used phones to refurbish and sell.

Bought this to replace another much more damaged iPhone 8. Didn’t realize how bad of shape my other one was until the comparison with the speed and battery life of this phone. For 199 you can’t really beat that.

After 3 weeks, the phone refuses to charge right anymore. I tried different outlets and chargers before I realized that the problem was the phone. It refuses to charge from a dead battery and battery dies completely anytime below 30%. I didn’t use it much since it’s a secondary phone for me but I bet this was a problem with the phone since I got it. I hate it took me this long especially since Best Buy’s return period is only a measly 14 days unless you’re a paid member. Even then, they charge you $50 as a “restocking fee.” $220 paperweight is what you get if you purchase this

Smaller phone. Works well, as expexted. Back of phone cracked easily, so 4 stars.

I cannot tell it was used or refurbished. It is just like new and I was lucky enough to have a %100 battery life capacity
