A good purchase for the dollar… I was disappointed with the battery strength of 85%. Battery Health gave me a message stating your “batteries health is significantly degraded. An Apple authorized service provider can replace the battery to restore full performance and capacity”.

The gentleman that assisted me with my purchase for the cell phone was very knowledgeable and courteous.

iPhone SE is a great choice for anyone who needs a second phone for work or business. It specially someone who is majority Apple products and very familiar with Apple. And the quaility and great condition this refurbished phone is in is superb. This is at least the 4th refurbished item I’ve purchased from BestBuy. So I have no hesitation when I see something is refurbished I want. Because I haven’t been let down yet.

When I received the phone it had minimal scratches and the battery life percentage had a service notice since its at 78%. I already expected that since the price was low. But overall the phone is good. no other problems. it works fine so I'm pleased with it.

Solid inexpensive [relatively] iPhone. Since purchasing this pre-owned phone, I have replaced the battery. I expected to do that, figuring that I will hopefully get a good four years out of this phone [besides however long the previous owner had it]. So far, so good!

Shipped quickly.Phone was is good visual shape,but battery was junk .Had to take to apple to buy a new battery.Wouldn’t hold a charge .When I checked in settings it showed the battery was bad .Apple confirmed this .Cost me an additional $69 dollars for a new battery.Refurbished means good working order.
