    I bought this iPhone in excellent condition and it came with original wrap still on like when you buy a phone and have to take the wrapping off. Definitely recommend.

    I wss intially hesitant to buy a renewal phone. After receiving the product, it looked, worked and felt like new.  Based on this experience I would consider buying a renewed phone in the future.

    Apparently bestbuy only checks the visuals of the phone but not functionality. Now I am stuck with a very pretty phone that cant take a selfie without freezing!! When you try to contact a human you get someone outside of USA who wont help you anyways but will take 30 min to verify every detail of your account. Thanks for nothing best buy!
