    Phone arrived in a timely manner and was in excellent condition. Setup was easy and works well.

    I bought this phone for my daughter as a back to school gift. She needed a phone since her and her sister wouldn’t be riding the same bus or in the same school anymore. Less than a week in, the phone is over heating and shutting off constantly. We’ve had the phone less than a month and now the screen is unresponsive in certain spots. When we try to hard reboot the phone or calls emergency services. I took it to Geek Squad to repair it but I was told that the company that refurbished the phone is not an authorized Apple repair company. Since Best Buy IS an authorized apple repair company, they can’t repair it. I was told to contact the company that repaired the phone but that it would be extremely difficult to find/get them to answer. I ended up buying a new phone from my service provider.

    It’s the same as the SE 2nd generation other than its 5G. The same settings etc.

    Very bad phone defective phone from the first hour did not work not a good choice at all sorry !!

    The phone was a joke as I was charged over $300 and it would not accept and maintain calls. I found the same phone on their website and it was lower priced and they didn’t even honor their own price match

    This little phone works faster than my Galaxy S22. It takes great pictures and I can read the print without using reading glasses. It wiuld be great it would be a little larger but for the money, you can’t really complain.
