Return of iPhone in poor condition

After waiting over an hour (after being assured it was at the Citrus Park store), the clerk told me it was sold. I knew he simply didn’t want to deal with me. I immediately demanded to see a manager and at customer service, she found the phone, that was not sold. He did apologise, with a claim his inventory wasn’t accurate. Sure. However, the following morning, not only did the clock not work, the battery health was quite poor, and the phone got very hot trying to charge it. I returned it immediately, for a full refund.

The Best Buy sales person was very helpful, and then I went to the Geek Squad fellow, who was very helpful in transferring all the info on my old phone, to the new one. I am really happy to be a Total Best Buy subscriber, because your staff is truly most helpful and great to work with. Thank you.

Bad Battery

This should have been assessed and addressed. Apple considers a battery below 80% as "BAD."

Not as advertised

BB needs not grade phones this way. The staff was wonderful and very helpful with my return. The condition definitely wasn't excellent. Condition was fair to poor.
