Did not work with my carrier!

Unfortunately, it did not work. I brought it to my carrier and every attempt was made to make it work. Ended up being a fiasco, but thankfully Best Buy did give a full refund.

I charged it till 100%, but the battery dropped to 5% after using 10 minutes. I want to return it, the customer service will charge me for $35 by saying she can't find the problem, because she put the phone with charge, and teased me you should just bought a new one. Worst customer service I ever had.

It never got off “searching” despite trying two different SIM cards. Needed to replace my father’s cell phone - he suffers from Alzheimer’s and I wanted to give him something close to his beloved 4s. No such luck.
