Got this as a birthday gift for my son so far it works great will see how it dose in the long run

Very good price came in good condition no scratches or nothing loved it

After 6 months the touchscreen stopped responding. No damage to the phone. I took it to geek squad at Best Buy. The screen needs replacement at $200.00+ to fix with no warranty. I paid about $150.00 after using accumulated rewards. Not satisfied with only 6 months of use. I was told refurbished phones are not recommended for this reason.

Everything seemed fine except for the severe ghost touch. I could barely finish setting up the phone. The screen is ALWAYS touching itself and it got so frustrating that I had to return it even though I still need it.

A fair replacement for when my other phone had died. I had dropped it in water so it lasted a good 2 years after. This was fairly priced for its quality.

The worst the screen went from not responding to everything disappearing, pixelating and changing to different colours sad part it that I can’t be assisted unless I pay for service repair when I researched this is and actual defect within the phone.. over 300.00 spent just down the drain this is my first and last purchase with best buy phone service

It really shows that they don’t check the product the battery was damaged so was the front speaker why sell me a defective phone I understand it’s pre owned but honestly just prc the item

Terrible -the battery doesn’t charge fully and I had to send it overseas to my son so I can’t even return it within the 14 days.

Beside the marketing claims like renewed or just openbox or no functional loss etc, we have realized that PORTRE MODE OF REGULAR CAMERA taking pictures as TOTALLY BROKEN. We did not return because of shipping procedures. It is not usable and not functioning at all. They even delivered it with a 3-5 days. Cant imagine how long my money will come back.
