I wanted to upgrade my iPhone. This is a nice iPhone with a good camera. This IPhone X seems to be holding up very well. I think for a nice phone in almost new condition this is a good pick. I’m happy with this purchase.

I don't think it's a good product. After buying it for more than a month, I always feel that the screen is not very good every time I use it. I always flash the screen and switch between several apps.The battery doesn't last very long either.It is even suspected that it is an old product, which shows that the return time has passed, but it is not within the warranty period. What is the matter?

It is the best. I recommend it. I really liked it. I appreciate it. Best Buy told it to all the people. It is guaranteed and cheap. Their products are good quality and their customer service. I loved it. They deliver it to you on the exact day. I already bought the products and I will continue buying because it is one of the best stores in electronics and domestic goods and I recommend it to all people to continue buying in this store so that it does not disappear

Looks good but overheats. I have had it a week and alrwady battery life is not lasting. Cant do multiple thinga at once. If i am facetimeing or watching something i can not do other things. Or thphone freezes and restarts.

Was skeptical about buying this item at first had a lot of doubts because of my first time buying a phone online... but when receive my package the phone was clean .. first thing i did was to observe how it look .... for a Pre-owned phone, no scratch was was seen .I would recommend this item to anyone that wants to buy online

In the end Best Buy tried to make my purchase a good one. My phones appearance was excellent however the head speaker and battery needs replaced. Best Buy provided me with a gift card to assist in offset the repair cost.

The phone overheats sometimes, however I think its this specific model that has issues because other people that have the same phone have told me that it happens to them too.

Great purchase works great. Had the iPhone ghosting for a little but I broke the front glass and had it replaced and no more iPhone 10 ghost moving my screens around.

Lovely upgrade bought for my husband from his old android phone . The space & camera quality is great for him & he loves it !

Great value for the price! 256GB storage is the most I ever had in a phone and the phone was in excellent condition. It had 86% battery health but battery life itself performed like it was at 95% battery health. Good deal.

My son bought this iPhone-Preowned. We were iffy at first since it was used, but the phone hasn't given us any problems what's so ever. Everything worked and actually looked brand new.

very few scratches and blemishes, the touchscreen doesn't seem to work properly. Sometimes I have to tap multiple times to click on things. It is an intermittent problem, but one I have to live with until I can afford another phone :( All in all, my phone is usable and is not cracked like my previous phone that is why I gave only 2 stars

The phone is pretty good jus one thing the battery is only at 88 percent and last no where near as long as my android I wouldn’t have to charge for days. Maybe that’s jus iPhone though I’m not sure but overall good

I’ve been an Android user for years so this has been a big change. I don’t mind the smaller size and the weight difference is good! The only issue I have is the battery life isn’t no where near as good as my Samsung.

Very great and good conditioned phone. It did have a couple little dents in the side when I first opened the package but overall worked just like a brand new phone!

Excellent quality, no dents or scratches. Just like majority have said the battery life is around 85% but thats ok given it has been used

Phone was in great condition and is working well. My only complaint is the battery health was at 85% upon receiving. Other than battery health I am very happy with this purchase

I wondered what kind of condition a pre-owned phone would be in so I gambled. I was pleasantly surprised that it was in great shape and half the price of current models. So I would buy another pre-owned phone in the future.

Excellent device! Pros, Despite being an older model. It still has competitive appeal. Processing speed, touch screen response, website compatibility, app availability. Social media app functionality. Premium feel and construction. Cons that could not be ignored, memory storage, battery life and potential software security risks. Considering the X platform has been around for a while, software development has its limitations.
