I received the Phone shortly after buying it. It didn’t come with the original iPhone box it came in another box, and unoriginal charger. There was a barely visible scratch on the bottom right corner. No earphones. But overall I really liked the phone, it works very well, I was able to connect to cricket by just switching my SIM card over.

This phone is amazing. Camera is great I would recommend it

Phone works well, but my son was very disappointed about the back being cracked. Keeping only because he didn't want to go through the trouble of a return when Best Buy warned we would be charged to return.

My shopping experience was the kind that I enjoy. I walked in, asked for a product, They had exactly what I wanted. Within no more than fifteen minutes I was happily walking out with my new iphone. That's all I want when I shop. It's not a favorite activity of mine.

Not happy with this purchase. Will be returning. The battery health is 75% and says it needs to be serviced. It also has a faulty ear piece. Tinny and muffled when I have calls. This makes me feel like they really don’t inspect them. If they do, they need to be retrained or have better release for sale standards. Save your money.

The box was not the original Apple iPhone box. The charger was not the original Apple charger. The box came in horrible condition. In addition, the back of the phone is cracked along with the back camera. I am very disappointed that BESTBUY would send a phone in this manner. Currently awaiting for another phone to be in stock. Otherwise, I will have to get a refund.

I perches 2 phones and with poor hearing and poor battery life i brought it to my country as gift to my brother band sister without opening package but i couldn't refund it within return time period cos of I'm out if the country i have proof and its only 3 days late but they are not take any responsibility of it and they are asking me to to go to manufacturers to fix it. don't buy you will loose your money.

Great phone in perfect condition and fast delivery.

This phone is advertised as being examined and certified that all components are in working order. I guess not. After powering this up I immediately saw that the battery health indicates that service is required. One of the reasons I bought a new phone was to get a better battery life and this one is even worse. I'd avoid this product if at all possible.

It’s functional. The camera is bad though, looks like one of the first phone cameras. I’d recommend the SE instead of this phone.

Phone looked nice but kept overheating. I returned that same day. No more open box for me.

I just received this phone yesterday. I set up and and it worked great, except it won't let me mute the camera shutter sound at all. With my phone on vibrate and volume all the way down, the camera shutter sound still goes off at a volume all the way up when I take a picture or a snap chat picture. I tried everything and even did research. I read from various reviews and sites that it is a feature that phones from Japan have, and it cannot be fixed. It is ridiculous that Best Buy would not check this aspect before reselling this product. Will be returning asap because there are no other phones for me to exchange it for.

This phone is a good match for me and my apple play music. The phone has adequate memory for my use and needs. The graphics and the pictures are second to none.

The phone was in good condition, but after a while, facetime no longer works. You can hear the person, but not see them.

Good for the cost and I love it so I recommend this
