This was my first purchase of a used refurbished phone so I was a little worried. It came in a plain white box (Apple unbranded) with some stickers sealing the box. I carefully got my knife to open it and held my breath. I slowly lifted the lid and saw what appeared to be Apple style cardboard presentation insert with the phone in a plastic bag. Couldn't see the phone clearly so another dramatic moment while I opened the bag. OMG the phone looks NEW!

We bought as an open box item, my grandmother needed a phone but didn’t want to spend the full price. It gets the job done but of course whatever was wrong with the phone before it was fixed, became a similar issue.

Why is it that all Best Buy phones have total crap GPS, and the battery goes bad fast? Not ok. Just, not, okay.

This phone works great and was good price. Super! If you can stand to not have the latest/greatest technology. This is a great option phone and good value. Does all that I need.

You get what you pay for. Phone works fine but there are some big issues, a small crack in the screen (which will get much larger over time), the speaker doesn’t work while talking on the phone normally, you have to talk on speaker phone to talk to anyone. Battery is 75% life right out of the box.

The phone works great. Especially, the camera. I took a picture from far away from the subject I wanted a picture of and I zoomed in. The picture turned out great. I also like the security features on this phone. I would love to get an iPhone 15 when it comes out. However, since I can’t afford it. I got a phone that, in my eyes is just as good.

Enjoying them well. The memory awesome and the battery life was a 100%. The original ones I bought were 82% battery life so you have to be careful.

This phone is a piece of garbage. We purchased it for Christmas for our 18 year old son. Within 5 months, the phone is not working because the battery is swollen. That was $80 out of pocket. One month later, the touch screen stops working that's another $60 out of pocket. I should have just purchased a brand new phone at this point. Don't waste your money. If best buy refurbishes a phone, they should at least warranty it for a year or something. I also pay $200/ year for TTS, and no, they don't cover the iPhone, either. At least, that's what they told my son when he asked them to fix his defective phone.

Bought as a gift for my kid. Huge difference in operation, camera and storage. Great price too!

It was a very good phone to own however I noticed the battery died a lot quicker than other phones. It turned out that the battery had faded so to the previous use. I also noticed some wear and tear on the screen which at moments glitched. Over all this was a very useful phone but those issues ultimately were a reason to return it.

I would have rated Excellent, but I yet have to learn a few things to use my phone to it's max, like how to be able to hear the caller without using the speaker.

I have never bought a pre-owned phone before but since I got the same coverage by Geek Squad I decided to take a chance. So far so good, still learning new features. Really appreciate the salesperson in phone department taking the time to help me set it up, as I am very low tech.

Works good, phone just overheats and battery is in service mode

The only problem is that the battery die quickly but that is an apple problem not best buy

Son needed a replacement phone quickly. Ordered online and picked up in store the same day. Quick and easy from start to finish!

I bought an unlocked iPhone X and it arrived quick, in great condition and works perfect. A few minor scratches on the back and a small one on the screen but nothing major. I've only had it a few days so I'm making sure everything works. Will update if I have issues.

Great phone for a great value. It’s a bit of a lottery the quality of the battery, but Best Buy was willing to exchange the phone when my first purchase was deteriorated.
