The phone is amazing! Works really well. It didn’t seem like it was previously owned. It didn’t have any scratches nor dents. My daughter was really happy with her phone.

Received the phone with a damaged screen maybe water damage? (See picture) Overheating! And only 80% battery health. I knew it was a used phone but I guess I thought they did quality control? Spoke with an associate, and they said to come in to the store closest to me and we could start an exchange. So im going in tomorrow and we will see what they can do. Hopefully they honor that I paid for next day shipping. And that I don’t have to go without a phone for much longer.I hope the next one is much better!

I bought it for my friend and she loved it and besides from a few scratches on the edges of the cameras but the rest was great and the battery life was at 82% which given the years of the device it’s great! And True Tone was still working which means original screen was on.

I have never bought a phone from Best Buy nor have shopped at Best Buy but I would love to come back a shop the first time experience for me was great and I love the phone i got and customer service was so great and the employees were so nice I would recommend anyone to go to Best Buy and shop
