It’s such a Great phone, and I love it, has no issue at all

Fantastic choice of store to buy. Staffs are very accommodating. I'm really pleased with the phone it is just like new, and the price is so competitive. This unit is my first iphone and planning to buy a new unit in the same store in the near future.

I purchased this phone to replace my old one, I was so surprised how well this worked despite being a few years old! I love the iphone XR and use it everyday. If your looking for a cheap iphone replacement this is your best bet.

Received the phone within 2 days of ordering, and the phone is in great working condition, no problems thus far (i have only had it for a day). Only problems i’ll point out is the fact that the box it came in was dented, and there was a scratch on the screen that i thought had damaged the LCD, but turned out to only be somewhat superficial. Slight scratches around the phone, but nothing that bothers me (personally). The only major issue i have is that the battery life is at 81%, which is below ideal, so i’m going to get the battery replaced when i can. Otherwise, great phone so far.

Phone is in good condition as far as no physical defects. they say it disinfected, however the phone came visibly dirt all in ports and speakers. I was shock by this. The phone should have went through a better cleaning process. Cleaning – removes dirt, dust and other soils from surfaces. Sanitizing – removes bacteria from surfaces. Disinfecting – kills harmful bacteria and viruses from surfaces. Sterilizing – kills all microorganisms from surfaces.

This was a replacement phone and it looks brand new and works like a new phone, with no signs of wear. Would buy from BB again. Much better than taking a chance with some random website. It has a nice camera, the battery life is really good.

Phone is in great condition, no major scratches on the screen but there were small ones on the glass back, but it got covered by my case. Came in a flimsy package so I was concerned about the safety but it was okay. Battery healthy is around 84% which is not ideal but it works. Shipping was fast too, came in about 3 days earlier than expected.

Purchased this item for an elderly family member who's never had a smart phone. They found this easy to use. Although it was secondhand, the device runs smoothly.

Beautiful iPhone used it then and still works great, thank you Best Buy! If you want a nice phone and don’t want to spend a lot of money go to Best Buy.

Bought a refurbished phone in great condition, only concern is that the battery health only holds 78% of it’s original charge, but for its age it’s going great!

The iPhone XR is a solid choice for anyone looking for a reliable, feature-packed smartphone without breaking the bank. While it may not have all the bells and whistles of newer iPhone models, it remains a great value.
