Bought the phone for my father. It came in good condition & works well! Only downside is since it’s a used phone the battery health is at 84%, so in the not too distant future will have to replace the battery.

Had to buy a new battery. iPhone xs should have an oled screen but mine had an lcd. Used to overheat until I got rid of it and bought a 14 pro max

Ok, so the reason I gave it a 3 star is because I got it and the battery was bad. It only had an 65% charge and it kept dying super fast. The overall phone is great. No scratches, no bumps, perfectly good phone besides the battery. Got the battery replaced and it works just like new. I guess that's what I get for buying a pre-owned phone but you think they would have changed the battery for the price. Just be careful when buying a pre-owned phone, it is a great phone, works great just the battery issue.

The outside of the phone looks great and everything worked as it should however...the speaker would lip in and out from time to time. The biggest problem was the battery health was @ 73% if I took a 15 minut call on this phone I would blues 45% of battery life. This phone has to be on a charger all the time or it would just got completely dead within hours.

While the phone itself looked pristine with zero scratches or visible damage, I ended up returning it because the battery health capacity was only 80% Despite being the highest level of Best Buy Total Tech membership, they would not replace the battery for free or half off, which I think is insulting! Why are we paying $199.99 for the membership if it doesn't even cover batteries on pre-owned/refurbished devices? So, back it went. This is a shame, because other than the battery, it was in pristine condition

I really love this phone it had no scratches , it worked really fine and it’s been a year now that I have had this phone and I am very proud of the quality it carry’s . 10/10 recommend don’t be scared take my advice this phone was worth buying !

I get the Definition “you get what you pay for “ but this phone should’ve been cheaper. Other companies are selling iphone 12s for the same price as this . I just needed a new phone for work but its still not all that great. The phone itself works great but the battery health is my problem. The batter health was 65% which means you should get it replaced asap . I went to bestbuy to see if i can swap it since i was still within my return date but only thing they offered was for me to return it all together and order a new one with hopes that itll be better. I kept the phone since i thoughtit wasnt a huge deal at the time but after MINUTES of use the phone gets very hot. After taking the phone to apple to get a replacement battery the total was about $80 . Im still ok with the purchase but for a Iphone XS with low battery life this is over priced

I think this phone is awesome! It works well and appears to be in excellent condition! Although, the battery capacity is less than 80%, it seems to be functioning still pretty long before each charging cycle.

The Best IPhone for your dollar. This phone and the SE Re great phones and are very reasonably priced . This particular iphone has worked perfect from day one . If needed will buy it again from here .

I’ve ordered 2 of these phone recently and the first one was great and had a good battery % still but this second one came with a bad battery so I have to replace it so that’s disappointing but everything else seems fine with it

Overall good phone purchased online and was easy and quick next day pick up super clear/good quality camera/features and came with iTunes month subscription for free

I am enjoying the use of my iPhone XS. It is slightly smaller than the iPhone 8 Plus I have been using for the last 2 years, but after a few days of use, adjusted well. Don’t even miss the 8 plus at all, which by the way is much heavier in comparison, to hold. Love how lightweight the XS is. The only con I can think of is that it can be quite slippery when trying to hold onto, so be sure you get a durable case/protector to go with it. Since it’s so lightweight it can easily slip out of your hand. You’ll be glad you spent the Extra $ to protect it. Also, Love the camera on this one better than the iPhone 8 Plus Would definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent phone. I bought this phone for my son after his previous stopped working. I was able to get him phone quickly and it has worked great ever since.

When I got the phone, it had some micro scratches on the stainless steel but not noticeable, since I got the silver. You would have to look very closely to see them. What I was most worried about, was the back and front glass. I’m happy to say, the back and front had ZERO scratches. It looks brand new, and with that, I am very happy with this purchase. The battery life was at 83%. Not a problem since I can always go to Apple to get a battery replacement in the future.

Personally, I love it, but a good majority of that assessment comes from the fact that I already looked through all the other reviews, so I knew what I was getting into lol. Battery health is 78%, (which I’m okay with), and the phone is in good physical condition, as everything seems to be working great. I think it’s a good deal, but I was a little stressed it’d be defective. This phone is worth it to me, but seeing as it could be a hit or miss, I’d just say to be prepared if it doesn’t work out Best of luck :)

I bought this phone as an inexpensive replacement for my wife's battered and exhausted iPhone 7. You wouldn't know that the XS was pre-owned or refurbished: it looked and performed just like a new device, and it's a huge improvement over the phone it replaced. I enthusiastically recommend using Best Buy's used product line.

Even though it’s a pre owned phone it’s still works like brand and it was money well spent.
