I recently purchased a used, unlocked iPhone XS. There were a lot of places you can get such a device, but I trusted that Best Buy would be there to help me if the phone had issues or if it was hard to transfer the information from the Android phone I was replacing. The phone arrived quickly, looked like brand new, and was able to transfer information seamlessly. I am very happy that I chose to make this purchase from Best Buy.

Very simple, yet nice looking phone. Decent processor, smooth animations and good cameras.

Came in great condition only issue is the battery health percentage was low

perfect cosmetic and working condition but keep in mind the battery health will be poor as it is used and not refurbished

Used, but good. Works great. The order got here faster than expected, so that was a plus.

Batery life was 85%. My daughter likes it a lot. No technical issues!

I received a phone in very good physical condition. I typically use earbuds, so I did not realize the large speaker at the base was not working until I went to put it on speakerphone one day. I’m happy with the phone overall, but I am upset that the speaker doesn’t work given how much it costs for a used phone. Especially since it was no longer returnable.

I am amazed my phone has performed so well. I was a consumer that would never dare buy a used phone, only ever new. That has changed. My iPhone XS which likely has a few years on it is performing extremely well!

Very vibrant colors with this oled screen. The phone came in good condition. Battery was around 87%. I’m pleased so far.

The phone is amazing. I have had it for over a year, and the phone works like it's brand new. The deal was also very nice. The phone's battery life is also better than my family members' battery life. Despite how long ago this phone was made and how the price was this low, it is a wonderful deal.

Phone came in with 89% battery life and virtually no scratches anywhere. Couldn’t ask for a better pre-owned phone.

I love this phone because it’s user friendly. It’s the second one I’ve had. However this one the buttons freeze on me. My battery life doesn’t seem to last long.
