    For a refurbished phone it is really nice, I purchased it for my 13yr old. The phone works fine and it’s basically like new plus it came with a lightning cable and adapter box

    I purchased this phone for my niece as a birthday present. Purchased online and had it shipped to her. When the phone was brought to the carrier for activation, we found out the phone was not in working order. They couldn't get past the startup screen where it asks language/country. Didn't take long to have to return the phone to Best Buy. I was not present for the exchange, but it was a an easy process for my family and a quick turnaround to get a replacement. My niece is happily texting and face-timing me now. Worth the time to see her happy.
