    I purchased this item as a Father’s Day gift. So it was purchased two weeks early, sat in the box wrapped till Father’s Day. My husband was so excited, the same day it started having some issues. He is so patient so after 2-3 days he starts saying how he isn’t get text or calls it keep saying storage is full. He has tried adding storage space it won’t let him. So I decide let me get on to see if I can return it, NO it it no longer returnable. So I’m out of money, he is left with another messed up phone and we will have to end up buying yet another iPhone.

    ordered preowned item online, and the screen was broken. the package was in perfect condition that led me to believe the item was sold without inspection prior to advertising for sell.

    the phone was defective, would not hold a charge, screen was black, not usable. geek squad unable to help. lost data and w/out phone for 2 days+ while trying to get it resolved.

    i know the phone was refurbished but it was already heating up getting really hot then i ordered black. n the part of the iphone was the blue color and u can tell they tried painting the blue to black
