Something is wrong with the phone. Everything was working fine and then all of a sudden the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are unable to turn on

The phone is working really good, notice a lot of scratches in the sides of the phone, but the back and the screen was all ok, no interference how is working I’ll get again a phone like this, BB never disappoint

Seems to be a pretty good phone. This is my first IPhone. Always had Androids before. Overabundance of security on the IPhone. Some difficulty learning how to transfer various items such as notifications from Android to an IPhone. Some things easier to do on an Android. Numerous people have told me that IPhones are easier to use. That has not been my experience thus far. I bought the IPhone because it's supposed to be better for taking photos and making videos. To be fair, I haven't had the IPhone long enough to make a fair assessment of it. Maybe after more time with it I will be more favorable toward it.

Good quality the camera is amazing, along with the great mobility it has.

The iPhone 13 arrived in excellent condition and looks almost brand new. Performance, screen quality, camera, and battery life have all been great, and being fully unlocked made setup easy. I did experience minor call issues on occasion, but nothing major and overall the phone works very well. Still a solid value for a refurbished device at this price.

this pre-owned iPhone 13 works like a charm! i haven't run into any major issues while in use and works like it's brand new! no noticeable lag at all whenever i open/use apps, and the battery, while being on the weaker end, holds up strong! big recommend if you're looking to upgrade but you have a much lower budget to work with.

The iPhone 13 was much better condition than I thought it would be. No blemishes to naked eye and a pretty good battery that I can use for many years. I love this product and highly recommend BestBuy to everyone in my family

I had updated my iphone 12 to ios 26 and it broke completely! I needed a replacement fast. This phone came on good time! No damages! Great camera. It is a real iPhone. I liked that it didn’t have the most recent update downloaded ! It was completely factory reset. I would like the battery health a bit higher, but at the end of the day it is a used phone. Overall, I am more than satisfied.

Good product works as described. Customer service was excellent in helping me find the right item. Delivered a day late but no issues.

I love this phone. I have not had an iPhone for over 10 years now. Just finally had enough with Samsung and decided to try Apple again. Wow, the speed at which it responds and downloads is very impressive.

conditions Good phones are equally excellent condition. My only suggestion is to Best Buy to mention battery health in description.

i picked it up from the store and it was in such good condition even thought the battery capacity is 88 but its easy to use

The phone had no scratches, looks brand new. It’s unlocked on all carriers- had no issue adding it to my carrier.
