    My mom needed an upgrade from her iPhone 11 Pro Max and is isn’t super technical about her devices. So I bought her this model and it definitely was the best choice. She wanted a unique color so this red model was the perfect choice. Even though the phone arrived with minor scratches around the edges, it’s still a great working phone with great battery life. She loves the camera and the overall size of the phone compared to having a pro max model. She loves the color and was a worth the upgrade. Great purchase with a great deal at the time!

    I purchased the I Phone for my wife. She is currently paralyzed after having a tumor removed from her spine. I love her early and she loves her phone and her Apple watch. The communication is all she has now with the outside world. Thank you Best Buy for all the help. You made two people happy this Christmas.

    wanted a new phone but not a NEW phone -- this fits the bill, and is up to date so my Ticketmaster app can be updated! and the battery lasts waaaaay longer

    The phone was ok. However, the camera didn’t work. Therefore, I returned it. Of note, I bought three of these refurbished phones. The other two worked fine. Vendors should check these items well before selling them. I had to drive back four hours round trip because of the defective phone.

    I bought a refurbished phone from Best Buy, it is defective, a diagnostic test was done in October 2024, they sold me the phone in 4/2025. Now they want me to go to apple for a repairs, Best Buy sold me the phone so they’re liable but does not want to repair a phone they knew was defective.
