Love this color. We had no problem activating it through Verizon. So far the battery is holding up very well.

I bought this phone for my daughter it works great. She loves the color and it looks like it’s brand new.

Probably the best bang for your buck out of all the iPhones. It’s a good size, is fast, and looks nice. I would recommend buying a protection plan.

Phone was in good physical condition. Better than I thought it would be. One good thing is that you get to inspect the phone in the store before purchasing. Also, the Best Buy employee put on the screen and camera protectors, at no charge.

Phone is just as described on the Best Buy Website, apart from a crack on the screen. overall in great shape for a refurbished Pre-Owned iPhone.

It ‘arrived with minor scratches, but overall works fine. Nice color I liked it very much.

This is my first time purchasing a used phone. It is actually in good condition. The only downside is that I cannot purchase extra insurance or geek on the unit. But it does have 1 year with apple care, so I guess its ok. But I'am satisfied with my purchase.

It's beautiful. It does have one noticeable scratch on the back, but other than that, it's in great condition.

Bought a pre-owed for my dad as a gift as I was setting it up and everything I didn’t realize speakers did not work , I went back the next day and I was exchanged to a different one but now it came all scratched up and damaged . Worst thing is I was also charged extra from the carrier so ended up wasting more money ! , don’t buy pre owed phones from Best Buy !

For the price, it’s not bad. But I received a model with some scuffs and scratches on the casing and the screen.

A refurbished phone at a non refurbished price. I am always hesitant to make a purchase on anything that is refurbished and not BNIB. Especially electronics. So i went ahead and made the purchase of a refurbished i phone 12 . I thought it would be the same , if not , just a difference i wouldnt even be able to notice. Instead, i find myself saying , “where did all my battery go” just about every day , if not twice a day. And othrr little instances that i feel wouldn’t happen had i not purchased “refurbished” . Maybe I’m wrong , but either way this i phone has battery issues and i am going to stick to my policy from now on. Especially when there is very little of a price difference to start with. Its my fault for not being patient but the phone still sucks none the less.
