I was warned before I purchased this refurbished phone; however, since I am a loyal Best Buy customer (was) I decided to go ahead with this purchase. I have a very busy schedule: single mom, student, work, household. I received the box & the next weekend, I went to connect at ATT. When the associate at ATT was connecting the phone, it started going crazy, letters were typing on the screen without anyone pressing the key board. I called Best Buy & was informed it was normal since it was refurbished. I connected and within 1 week of the connection, the home screen button was not working. I called Best Buy again & was informed eventhough I connected 7 days ago, I was past my 14 Day Return policy... Order Date + 4 days to ship + 4 days in box (since I could not go during the week) + 7 days connected = 15 days. Within another week, the screen popped up, certain letters in the keyboard did not work, and the home button worked when it felt like working. Now I have an unfunctional & I am out of $200 + $200 may not be much to some but when you work, go to school, have kids, and no 2nd income or help, $200 is a lot.

I had an iphone 4 that was about done for, lol. I know that the 6 and 7 iphones are a lot bigger in size, I wanted a 5 cause they r not much bigger than an iphone 4. It is like a brand new phone and not a refurbished one. The price was reasonable and it was well worth it!!!

I was hesitant to make the purchase after reading reviews on other which sites stating the phones purchased by others did not work. I decided to go ahead and make the purchase and I am glad I did. The phone has a no contract service and works great.

Great phone had to return due to it randomly shutting off.

This phone was claimed to be refurbished, this should mean that it performs as a newly manufactured phone of the same model. When it arrived and was finally set up, its battery performed as though it was over used for several years. Even sitting idle on wifi with no apps open it will jump from 70% battery to as low as 10% within half an hour. I would assume this was the reason the previous owner traded their phone in. At least in this instance, this phone did not perform to apple standards.

For the price it’s great. Only disappointment is that it’s slow and doesn’t stay charged very long.

I have bought three phones so far and am now waiting on another replacement. One worked fine, one was not unlocked and the other would not make calls out

Battery doesn't hold a charge for more than an hour of use. Phone randomly shuts off even when battery is charged. I realize this is a refurbished unit, but my assumption was that it had actually been refurbished - not that it would still have the same problems that led the previous owner to ditch it in the first place. Hopefully the return process works better than the phone does.

It has a lot more memory than my old phone did. Good starter I phone for me. No issues.

Phone arrives with the wrong charger. Did not hold a charge and went from fully charged to completely dead in no time. They sent a replacement which did not work at all.

I like buying my electrics from Best Buy, the employees are always kind and helpful.

After a rocky start I have to say I love this phone. The first phone i received did not hold a charge. I called customer service and they sent out a replacement phone. Customer service was great the conversation took about five minutes and everything was handled. The second phone look like it was new and has been working great.

I bought 3 phones, received them today; They look old, scratched and dirty; One does not charge, another is heated and when they turn on the color of the screen is yellowish. Headphones are not coming. They are very ugly and do not work well. It is not what they offer here. I'm sending them back today to get my money back. Why offer things that are not similar to the pictures?. I am disappointed with Best buy, it is not good to promote this type of products.

The phone is in pretty good shape. Works well. The only down side is that it said headphones were included but I didn't receive any in the package. Other than that I really enjoy the phone.
