    I was sold a defective used iPhone 6. The left side of the keyboard would not respond. Luckily the manager understood and gave me a refund. Unfortunately now the d things are priced $200 higher...

    I should have read previous reviewed although this is a great device, it has a defect which should be covered by the warranty. They finally agreed to exchange it if I pay for shipping. I've never had to pay for shipping for any device under warranty. I definitely won't be making any purchases from Best Buy if it isn't covered under their warranty.

    Phone dies within minutes

    This phone cannot hold a charge. Unfortunately bought this phone for my son before he went away to camp. By the time he got back from camp it was too late to return this defective, frustrating product. This is my first bad experience with a refurbished product. Very disappointing.

    We purchased the iPhone 6, refurbished, from Best Buy. After going through the expected process of transferring our plan and most of our contacts to the purchase, we found that we could barely make out what the person on the other end of the line was saying. Apple was great in trying to resolve the problem through their support, but, after about two hours working with us, found that the purchase is defective. We have moved our plan and some of our contacts back to our old phone. But, the process for exchanging the phone is tedious and lengthy. We had to (1) return the purchase back to factory settings and (2) call Best Buy to make a claim. Now we have to (3) wait AT LEAST (projected) two days to receive in the mail a package from Best Buy to return it, (4) return the purchase to Best Buy, and (5) wait AT LEAST (projected) seven days for the exchange to arrive. We think we're generally easy to please, but we expected the phone to work having been placed in the market by Best Buy, our go-to. We are not happy with this purchase and process, but we're committed, now, and hope we come out satisfied in the end.
