Not a good buy

The phone was in good condition with very little signs of use. The issue is, if the phone is turned up to normal brightness, the phone dies completely in a matter if 15 minutes! It's insane! If I turn the brightness down, and only use it when needed, then it may last half a day. Who the hell wants to view everything on there phone at a unpleasant, super low dim as if they have shades on!? I'm really dissatisfied and would return it in a heartbeat. Conveniently, my 30 day return window closed. I would not reccomend purchasing this product, it is a waste of time and money. DO NOT BUY!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had good luck purchasing a pre-owned iPad a year ago, so I took a shot at a refurbished iPhone 6s Plus to replace my wife's 6s that wore out. The dice came up snake eyes with the 6s Plus... Apparently there's no quality standard that needs to be met for refurbished/pre-owned phones. The battery would not hold a charge (capacity measured at 62%), and calls had to be used with headphones or on speaker mode since the ear speaker didn't work. The only winner on this gamble was my wife (and AT&T), once we returned this dud and upgraded her to a new iPhone 8 Plus.

Battery going down very fast.i chargered all night I used it and 20 min.battery went down fast and went is on 10% phone turn off.

It was pre-owned and I had trouble almost immediately. Had to exchange and still problems. Went through three phones before I gave up.

It work for short moments and then it stopped. The touchscreen didn't respond. I had to return it and they charged me $35 for return fee. :(

This phone (new) locks up sometimes and it can get a little frustrating. Overall a good phone, but hate when it has the lock up issue. Also sometime will go to a blank screen and shut the screen down and have to reopen what I was just in.

But it had mechanical issues it was a pre owned and not worth the money. I thought Best Buy checked to see if everything worked. So I had to return the phone.

As it turned on after charging, the phone actually was disabled for 15 minutes before I even touched it. Turns out, there was a code on it and I had to put it in recovery mode and fully reset it through Itunes. Otherwise, it has worked well, just spent hours to re-unlock it when it probably shouldn't have been.

We knew the phone was pre owned so we didn't mind the slight flaws on the outside but it needs to be responsive when texting or scrolling. We will have to try to exchange for another one.
