I have purchased refurbished phones before but I have never received a phone that was this clearly used. The phone was dirty, the screw was scratched, and the sound was off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I have had nothing but issues with the item and still cannot even use this item because I cannot get it to successfully update.
