The phone was a great price and arrived a day or so before the expected delivery date. My daughter loves it. The phone is in excellent condition and works perfectly.

I had to try this phone on the Best Buy special I got it for $75 - For being a pre-owned iPhone 7 it was in excellent physical condition, I was really impressed. But I gave four stars because it needs a new battery it really heated up hot, until I returned it. The battery could cost up to $200.

The battery will need to be replaced soon, full charge only lasts but a couple hours. To return will cost me $45 and to change the battery myself will cost about $50 so decided to keep. Other than the battery everything appears to be in good working condition

What can I say? It’s refurbished. Sure it does it’s Job but the charging process is very slow, & we’ve went thru 6 chargers already. The phone lags quite a bit but it is an older Apple model so that’s to be expected. I purchased for my 8 year old, he likes it but it’s non compatible with newer iOS versions.

Got this phone for my son. Extremely easy to set up and user friendly. It doesn’t seem much different than my iPhone 11. Outer appearance also like new.

Purchased for a gift, and it was excellent! For a refurbished iPhone 7 it looks brand new and works great.

iPhone 7 was delivered in half the time advertised! Price was much less than buying a new one. Unit was in good shape as well. Will buy pre-owned again when the time comes.

I love the phone i use it everyday to talk and text all of my friends and family i especially love facetiming them i do it 24/7 the only problem i have with it is that it overheats very easily and it also dies very quick but other then that i love it

Haven’t had any serious problems with it so far. The charging port seems to be a little loose, but I found a way around it. Decent quality and price for a great phone

Great phone! Was Leary of pre-owned but have always trusted Best Buy and once again they came through. Phone is as good as new and we have had ZERO issues with it so far!

This is honestly one of the most impressive used phone services I know of. I had issues with an IPhone 7 because the microphone went out. I ordered a used IPhone 7 here from Best Buy, it was at my house in TWO DAYS (so impressive) and I just put my old SIM card into the new phone and had a working new phone just like that! It only cost $200. The used phone is EXCELLENT quality. As well. Very impressed and very happy. 10/10

I'm 62. I don't need all the gadgets. So i got this phone. Except, it HAS all the gadgets. and it works. and it was easy to put on my providers system. and it is easy to operate. I keep telling my children you don't need to get the latest and greatest 900.00 dollar phone. This one works great for me. and i keep learning great things it can do. and at this price, it's a steal!

I was reluctant to buy used iPhone but it looked great and works great. I would do it again.

I love the camera it takes GREAT Pictures. I charge my phone at night and I still have battery life when I plug my phone up the next night. I had an iPhone 6S and the battery life was not half as long as the 7. I recommend this phone to anybody that likes the Phone 6S.

We have had no issues with it just yet. It has a few small scratches and dirt in some hard to reach places.

Phone came in great condition, looked basically brand new & working great!

First one I was sent had average wear. Internal microphone was broken couldn't heard people nor could they hear me on calls. Replacement was sent out which did work and came in better condition.

The phone came in good condition a little bit of scratches but it was use my son was happy too get a new iPhone
