I was a little hesitant to purchase this phone without any “excellent condition” in the description. As in used phones, there is always the risk of getting phones with scratches. Thankfully, this phone came in perfect condition, without any scratch. My daughter loved it. Got her a pretty new case with a pop socket and it looks just like a brand new phone. 100% recommended!

Was a good experience to buy a unlocked cell phone because I am use in Mexico, and works without any problem.

The phone is a pretty good deal, and had nothing wrong with it when it arrived. Using it with Sprint.

Bought two and one didn’t work. Had a few scratches on both but worth the price...well the one that worked was. Local Best Buy took it back so thanks for that Best Buy!

This phone was in great condition only 1 minor cosmetic. So far it works fine.

Great phone other then battery life. Good picture quality. Big enough for my hand and can still reach the whole screen.

I bought this phone in June 2020 and suddenly there is a “no service” or “searching” on the status bar. I tried everything. I restored it, downloaded the newest update from my computer. I changed the SIM card and it still didn’t work. Finally I contacted Apple and they are charging me to fix the phone even though it’s a possible manufacturer problem. I was warned that at Best Buy there’s customers who buy electronics to take them apart for their electronic parts to avoid paying higher prices for individual parts. I thought it was impossible for iPhones but I don’t know maybe I was wrong. Future Customers should reconsider buying electronics from Best Buy if they are “refurnished” or “used like new”. They won’t last... it’s a huge waste of money and time.

Was a little hesitant to buy a refurbished iPhone. Decided Best Buy had a great return policy if it didn’t match my expections. Phone was in perfect condition. Put in my T-Mobile SIM card and haven’t had any problems. Came with a generic wall charger. Nothing fancy. Would buy again.

The phone had few scratches but other than cosmetic damages the iPhone was fully functional, the device also came with a charger, would purchase again!

I brought it for my son and he loves it.it was so easy to use and switch. All we had to do was switch the sim card and he was able to use right away...so if your child asking for an iphone this was inexpensive and works great
