This is my third time purchasing a preowned phone and I’m very disappointed. The screen was not cleaned and you can tell that the previous owner had a case on the phone since the lines from the case were visible. Phone has several dents and scratches. Phone was shipped in a poly bag so the box was dented upon arrival.

Unfortunately the cell phone is not good, I’m so sad

The pre-owned iPhone 8 was for a gift, and when turned on the first time, have a problem with the screen, showing BB does not check the functionality of the phone before offering them to clients. and of course, the guarantee expires real soon.....28 days

I wasn’t Anticipating the small size my son wanted an iPhone from the phone that he had originally but the iPhone came in much smaller. If I would have known I would not have spent the money! But that was my fault ,but the phone works well and it was in good shape for pre owned.

Delivered with damaged battery. Battery life significantly degraded life

Bought an unlocked preowned iPhone 8 because my prior cell finally died. I did checkout other outlets like Amazon, Back Market, Walmart & Target. Best Buy had the best value AND the ability for me to pickup the same day. The phone was ready for me and it took less than 3 minutes to be on my way. The phone is in decent condition visually. The back has zero scratches or dings. There is a small scratch in the center of the front screen but barely noticeable especially with a screen protector. It disappears when the screen is on. Everything appears to work as it should. Camera and video are perfect. It charges well with port as well as wirelessly. The speakers sound good and no issues with calls: I can hear them and they can hear me. The only complaint I would have is the battery health is at 89%. Still not terrible. I had no problems setting the phone up. I picked a new carrier at this time too and had no issues setting that up either. It is a GSM and CDMA phone so I can pretty much take it to any carrier. I ended up purchasing another a week later and that one is in even better condition. Virtually no scratches anywhere and 100% battery health. I would continue to buy preowned phones I’m the future.

Good Phone over all sometimes having a over sized cell Phone can be tiresome this one however is a good fit not to big not to small has a good touch screen exPerience connects easily to WiFi and other things video quality is nice volume is good camera quality is as good as any iPhone on the market only small down side to this Phone is the same as any other iPhone battery life isn't the best but it will still get thru the day dePending on the usage of the phone

I knew this phone wouldn’t be new. The battery is at about 82% which means it is already well used. I don’t think that battery is going to survive two extra years. The old phone, iPhone 6, that I just replaced, has less scratches than the new one, which I just bought. Well, they say you get what you pay for. The only question why did I, a guy, buy a rose gold phone?(smiley)

Awesome price and good product! I didn’t want to waste money on a new phone so I decided to get a pre owned phone and I love it. It’s been almost a year and it’s going strong!

My old phone would no longer charge but my wife wasn’t ready to look for a new phone service for the family. This left me with few options, I was talking to a AT&T customer representative and he suggested going to Best Buy and getting a refurbished phone. The phone looks brand new and functions perfectly. I would do this again in a heartbeat.

Couple scratches that I wasn’t expecting but other than that great. Phone gets al little hot after a few hours of constant use. A lot less memory than I realized.

Very good price for this iPhone 8. For a preowned phone this was in very good condition. Only negative is the battery life. Won’t charge to 100 percent. Usually only 80 percent. Still a great phone.

Got this phone for my mother good phone works good one minor issue after I had her data transferred from the old phone and took it home we found out there was a passcode from the previous owner still in it and the phone locked. Took it back to Bestbuy and they wiped it and put her data back in the phone has worked fine since and have had no problems.

It is just like new, with the exception that the Battery Health Meter is only at 88% instead of 100%. I expected that a refurbished phone would have a new battery. The one year warranty is nice though. I could only get a 90 day warranty for a battery replacement or a phone exchange for a new phone. I plan to discuss the battery issue with someone at the store.

Good product needed in a jam, did not keep because it was a temporary solution before new phone purchase.

Bought this phone refurbished for personal use and backup to my iPhone X work phone. Had it for about 2 years and it’s still working pretty good only issue is the battery life. Phone dies pretty quickly (within 1-3) hours depending on what apps I’m on
