Everything works perfect! The camera on this is amazing perfect, it’s for small hands and no damage that u can see really! Perfect condition.

Works great, phone was used but no issues. It's much easier to use than some of the newer versions. This was what the person using it said...he is 70 years old and said it is a lot less sensitive than the new version of this phone. He prefers this one to the newer version.

phone was in good condition with just a couple of scuff marks here and there; battery seems to be okay but probably not 100% optimal; phone is unlocked as advertised

The phone is in great almost like new condition. All functions working just fine. Updated easily to latest ios. No complaints at all. Tracfone registered it and transferred my old number from an iPhone 6S. Very pleased with this product. Staff at Best Buy Harbison, Columbia, SC were great!

Drove about 50 miles to pick up at Bestbuy was hoping web site was correct as they were not taking calls. I got there and the first guy I talked to, told me they don’t have any used iPhones in stock, luckily another sales person heard our conversation and said he would go look. After about a 5 minute wait he came back with the iPhone and it was in very good condition and works just fine. Thanks second guy at Bestbuy for making my 50 mile trip worth it.

If your looking for a phone and do not want to pay a lot of money for it, refurbished ones are the best way to go. I give it 4 STARS only because I know it's pre-owned, but the battery life is long lasting and the phone looks brand new.

Its a little slow, battery needs replaced. But overall its been a good phone for the almost 2 years ive had it. Needs charged all the time now.

Overall i wanna say this was a great purchase and good price unfortunately my phone service wouldnt allow me to activate the phone with them overall all the phone worked well came with a charger and was updated!!!

I was on the fence about buying a pre-owned iPhone to begin with, but figured I may have good luck buying from Best Buy rather than Amazon or eBay... Thankfully I was RIGHT as the phone was in pristine condition for the age of it. Perfect screen and no wear on the casing at all. It was priced right and available nearby so I went for it and have been happy with my purchase. It was pretty much dead when I got it, but charged it up and it holds a solid charge for a long time. Sadly, the touch ID doesnt work out of the box so I probably need to tweak the settings or thats just what it is. Overall, pretty awesome deal for the sale price on a backup unlocked iPhone.

It's an awesome phone. Perfect size' just what I wanted, Took it down to my phone provider (Verizon) They intern installed the sim's card to activate. The phone would get service with 3bars then go to no service. They tried everything to get it to work. I settled for an iPhone 7 instead of an iPhone 8. Costing me an additional $84.52. No I'm not very happy now but at least I have a phone

Bought this phone for my Pops who had never owned an iPhone and did not want to invest too much money in case he did not like the phone. Best investment. He loves it and is getting him ready for the newer model.

I’m a bit disappointed. I’m already getting battery warnings on my phone, saying that if it’s not replaced, the phone would possibly start to malfunction and not charge properly. So, it appears I’m needing to replace the battery on the phone I’ve had less than 24 hours !
