This pre-owned iPhone is like new when I received it. The transfer from iPhone 7 to this iPhone 8 is as easy as it does and no problem. As mentioned , it's like new, and I can't see any scratches on the screen nor the back of the phone. Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase.

It is a great phone. No issues when arrived and still working to this day. Got it for my son so it was perfect and a good price.

nice used phone, good for elderly use, the elder just need a good price and easy to use, this is the phone.

It works, I mean no much to it yeah the battery life was at 80 but I guess it comes with age

Very happy with my purchase. The phone works great and looks brand new. I was concerned when it first arrived due to the damaged packaging, but the plastic case Best Buy uses did it's job in protecting the phone. (The case was cracked during shipping but there was no damage to the phone.) I definitely would recommend going the refurbished route for those looking for a good phone, at a reasonable price.

It’s a classic iPhone luck with the updated features now this is a 5G capable phone however it depends on what service you are on unfortunately I don’t have 5G for my network however I still retain the value to turn it in and get a 5G device if I would like so that is a plus. It’s very easy to use this is some thing I suggest for a first time iPhone user if you don’t know how to use iPhones or if you are a Mac user and you have a joy but you would like an iPhone I’d say get the iPhone SE 2020.

Battery a little weak. But overall it’s a good phone.

battery isnt the greatest but other then that its been a great phone for my teen(shes not picky though) no cosmetic issues, and runs smoothly.

The phone is in great condition, unlocked and works well. I purchased it for a back up phone and was reasonably priced.

There were no scratches or faults with the phone, setting it up was quick and simple, and it helped there was constant updates with shipping.

I was nervous to buy a used phone but it came in a almost new condition there was a small mark but it works perfectly and the camera is awesome too

I had this phone now for approximately 2 weeks now. I don’t know if the screen and housing was replace, but the are in perfect condition. No scratches big or small anywhere. It works perfectly and I’m still learning the difference between the 6 the 8 iPhone. My phone is usually smarter than myself. But I’m working on being just a ‘smart’ as my phone. I love my ‘new’ phone. Best Buy employees are the best. He added screen protection and made sure everything was transferred before I left their store.

Battery die fast overall it better than no phone and cheaper than a newer model.Next day pick up was better than waiting a week.no cracks or marks.

Battery didn’t last very long. Other than that, of course it’s the smaller version and sometimes hard to read.

I pickup the iPhone and it was in very good condition even with case that it came in was broken. But the phone itself had no scratches or anything like that it was used.

Affordable, worked as advertised and in great shape for a pre-owned iPhone.
