I was hoping to get a iPhone 11 but this phone is perfect for my teenage daughter it easily fits in her hand and in any pant pocket. I definitely would reccomend to purchase as a gift for a teenager.

Even though I usually never buy refurbished items especially when it comes to phones this iPhone exceeded my expectations it works and feels brand new. I couldn't be happier with my purchase from best buy.

That phone was seriously dirty. I understood there was some form of a cleaning procedure before the iPhone was released for sale, however, there was large amount of grime, food, dry juice (I am using some euphemisms here) that was on buttons and speakers and it was just disgusting. Also, this phone is significantly quieter than other iPhones 8 that I currently have in the house. There are no settings that can be adjusted to make it louder. The speakers sound like they were damaged at some point there is no way to play anything loud because it is difficult to hear.

It was time to replace my old iPhone and this was right on time. The price was good. Received the phone earlier than they said. No scratches, everything works.

A great upgrade to the iPhone for the price. I had to change carriers and upgrade to a new iPhone which can be very expensive. The BB agent was very informed and helped me know about this one.

I brought this to give to my daughter for her first phone. It had scratches ,dents and was extremely dirty in the cracks and crevices. The full amount of this purchase was over $300 for this refurbished phone . I returned it and brought the new iPhone se for $150 more brand new. And I’m satisfied completely.

Given as a gift to a foster child, so I can't say how well it worked, but it was well packaged and in good condition. And the price was reasonable and ready for instore pickup within an hour.

Of course I’m not expecting much from a refurbished 8, but after a day of use I could tell it was. Battery drains too fast & connectivity issues, but again nothing unexpected given Apples history of slowing down/not supporting their old models.
