Works well the phone was purchased to be a replacement for my sons iPod .

Very happy with my purchase. The phone works great and looks brand new. I was concerned when it first arrived due to the damaged packaging, but the plastic case Best Buy uses did it's job in protecting the phone. (The case was cracked during shipping but there was no damage to the phone.) I definitely would recommend going the refurbished route for those looking for a good phone, at a reasonable price.

The phone is in great condition, unlocked and works well. I purchased it for a back up phone and was reasonably priced.

battery isnt the greatest but other then that its been a great phone for my teen(shes not picky though) no cosmetic issues, and runs smoothly.

It works, I mean no much to it yeah the battery life was at 80 but I guess it comes with age

This pre-owned iPhone is like new when I received it. The transfer from iPhone 7 to this iPhone 8 is as easy as it does and no problem. As mentioned , it's like new, and I can't see any scratches on the screen nor the back of the phone. Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase.

There were no scratches or faults with the phone, setting it up was quick and simple, and it helped there was constant updates with shipping.

I was nervous to buy a used phone but it came in a almost new condition there was a small mark but it works perfectly and the camera is awesome too

I had this phone now for approximately 2 weeks now. I don’t know if the screen and housing was replace, but the are in perfect condition. No scratches big or small anywhere. It works perfectly and I’m still learning the difference between the 6 the 8 iPhone. My phone is usually smarter than myself. But I’m working on being just a ‘smart’ as my phone. I love my ‘new’ phone. Best Buy employees are the best. He added screen protection and made sure everything was transferred before I left their store.

Battery die fast overall it better than no phone and cheaper than a newer model.Next day pick up was better than waiting a week.no cracks or marks.

I pickup the iPhone and it was in very good condition even with case that it came in was broken. But the phone itself had no scratches or anything like that it was used.

This refurbished phone was as good as new!! The battery health was 100% and not a single scratch or scuff on it! With a Tracfone BYOP SIM kit, which I purchased from Best Buy also, I was able move my daughter from her failing iPhone 6 to this phone in a matter of minutes! We use the Verizon network through Tracfone and the phone works great! In the future I will be purchasing my refurbished phones here.

Great value for price and knowing refurbishing was done right by affiliated Apple repair company. Be aware the end of update servicing, Got a lot of years before ending, but value and still using.
