Very good phone for being pre-owned The price was also very good

So far so good! I purposely bought at Best Buy to ensure quality over hit or miss unlocked phones on Amazon, plus if anything happened I can go right back to Geek Squad. It looks brand new and functions very well. Definitely worth it.

iPhone came in different packing than original and no headphones were included. Otherwise, the phone was perfect. I setup my AppleID and everything worked within an hour. One caveat, this is my third unlocked phone from Best Buy. A while back, I ordered a phone for my wife and had to return the phone because it was in really bad shape. However, Best Buy honored their 14 day return and I exchanged the phone with no issue. The second phone was in perfect shape. I was so pleased that I ordered this one.

Very happy with this refurbished iphone, not a scratch, looks new and works well so far. Still too expensive.

The phone is great. I haven’t had any problems with it so far. Shipping was fast... I got it a day before the original delivery date. The only problem I have is that when I opened the box my phone came in the phone screen was already scratched in a couple places. Also everything they said would be come along with the phone wasn’t in the box. I only got the lightning cable and the power adapter. The jack adaptor and the EarPods were missing. Other than that the phones great.

Recently bought my boyfriend the 8plus since he had a 6plus & he loves it! Came in excellent condition and it works like new! So happy I decided to purchase from best buy because I had it shipped to me with care.

Ok phone for it’s price. Bought this phone for my son. I didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg for a kids cell phone. This was a refurbished phone. I have had it for over a year and still working good.

Great phone and battery life my daughter loves it purchased it for her thirteenth birthday. The phone is great with the AirPods And the camera takes excellent shots. I would recommend this I Phone Plus version because the battery lasts much longer and a bigger screen also.

The quality is great! Almost as if it’s brand new. There was no scratches at all. I’ve had the phone for about 2 weeks and have had no problems at all. I’m very happy with this purchase.

I was hesitant buying a refurbed iPhone, but this one from Best Buy’s been a real winner. It looked brand new when I opened it & upon Further inspection, I only found minuscule marks near charging input. The battery health was at 90% which beat comparable refurbed phones on Amazon, for around the same price. We’ll see how it holds up over time. One complaint, it didn’t come with 2 of the 4 accessories promised in the description. Missing the air pods. Reaching customer service at this time’s been impossible to resolve this problem.

I was so anxious spending nearly $500 on a used, pretty much outdated, iPhone 8. I was also anxious that it would end up being a janky, scratched up phone. But when I got it in the mail, it looked brand spankin’ new! The volume is much louder than the iPhone 6 I had (and unfortunately shattered). That’s probably my favorite feature of this phone is the loudness. I can’t bring myself to spend more than $400-$500 on a phone, so my only option was to buy used. (Or a new XR but the reviews were better on this one.) I’m super happy with it. And I’m holding on tight so I don’t end up shattering this one, too, and wasting hundreds of dollars, since there is not warranty on this phone (sad face).

I bought my daughter this pre-owned iPhone 8 Plus around 3 months ago and it’s amazing! It came with very minor cosmetic scratches near the speakers, but they are easily covered up with a case. The quality is fantastic, battery life has been great (better than her past Samsung Galaxy 6), camera quality is phenomenal, and much more. Basically like new, the only thing that I would complain about is that it didn’t come with an Apple charger (knockoff, though it charges good) nor with the Apple Earpods it promised. Other than that, the iPhone is basically like new and great!

Excellent phone for a great price. Phone looks like new and it was so easy to trade in our old phone. It works like a new phone, no issues.

Great shape everything works perfect. Battery only at 75% and says to service but these are old phones so expected. Replacements are cheap too.

It’s a great phone, there’s a couple minor scratches but I expected that because it’s a used phone but other then that everything works great. Camera is good, sound is good and the phone works good. I just got it a couple days ago though so I will see how it last!

Great phone, my mother loves it. Easy to purchase then add case and screen. The installation was free always a plus.

Bought to replace my old 8plus for my 10 year old, when we misplaced it. Battery drained so quickly (3 hours), I wasn’t aware it was a “known” issue with the 8. I was told I have to buy a new battery ($70) or deal with the fact it will only charge to max 70%. I returned the phone - wasn’t worth the hassle.
