So far, the phone seems Ok. I'm a bit concerned about the battery, it seems to drain quickly. I'm hoping it is not an issues. I haven't had the phone long enough to judge it just yet, but I did buy a powerpack, just in case I need it out & about.

Some flaws, but it is pre-owned and I expected that. It is still a very good looking and working phone.

When I got my phone I looked it over really good and I could not find a flaw. It was easy to setup, and I am using it now to complete this survey.

Based on the price of a new I-Phone, this was a good value - especially with getting 256 gigs of memory. the condition of the phone was excellent. We couldn't tell it from a new one. Everything was as advertised. However, it was a pain moving the data over from the old phone -- but Best Buy did everything for us. Their help is why buying from them is so much better than just ordering on line.

I purchased this for an older relative that needed the simplicity of Apple software and had a physical button. The phone was in very good condition and even came with a free sim card and accompanying $30 credit!! The shipping was very fast, too, came a day earlier than expected which was perfect because it was a birthday gift. I would say the only issue with the phone is that it has 75% battery health. I'll have to get that fixed.

looks like new, pretty, my daughter seems to like it, but not used too much yet. Hope it runs smoothly n everything is okay

I love my new phone. I was nervous that the battery would be trash, thankfully it wasn’t. No damage to the phone. In great condition. The purchase/pickup was easy. I would buy another refurbished iPhone product.

I bought this pre-owned iPhone 8 Plus over a year ago, and it's still in perfect condition. I decided to buy another one for my dad from the same seller. Highly recommend!

The pre-owned iPhone 8 is a great phone for the price and satisfies a need for a phone that is able to function in a market area with limited cellular coverage and is inexpensive. Best Buy's pre-owned phones are as good as new.

This would be a 5 star review if the first phone we received had not been reported lost or stolen, meaning we couldn't get a SIM for it. But the second phone has been great!

Saw this item on website. Came in good condition but might return it. Saw a newer model on the same price, don’t know why but that’s the listing.

Ordered this back in April at first I was very skeptical about buy this but I did I am happy i bought it the phone came in grate condition 0 scratches or cracks, and it works great and as an added bonus I got 3 months free Apple Music and Apple TV

Handles well, looks brand new. Pricing was not bad

The phone came with a battery percentage of 82. That information was not included and Apple suggests that if a battery is under 90% it needs to be replaced. If I had known I could have prepared for having to buy another battery for the phone.

Love it I have a hard time seeing close up so this is the bomb Diggity phone. Thanks so much love it and it’s a little big so I guess I won’t lose it so easy my daughter was like mom I had that phone in the eighth grade. She is now 22.I am 58. Yeah, us older folk.

This phone is like new. No one would suspect it as used. Had phone for a month and it has performed perfectly.

The phone overall in good condition, but the battery dies in few hours compare to my other exact same phone that lasts forever. Replacing a battery doesn't cost a fortune or massive work, So BestBuy should have done better job. BestBuy Pre-Owned Disclaimer says it's fully functioning except cosmetic blemishes,, I DON'T THINK BAD BATTERY IS A COSMETIC BLEMISHES.

Bought it for my 14 year old grandson. So far he likes it. Im glad cause it was his birthday gift . Now we need to find a case for it.

Perfect condition works just fine. No scratches or blemishes.
