When I first ordered this phone I was a little skeptical. But I ended up ordering it and it came on time and on the respected property. Surprisingly It came in amazing condition I could even say perfect. The Face ID is phenomenal, camera is on point, and charges fast (could be b/c of the charger I use) even till this day along with the entire software of the phone. I receive each software/ system update regularly and when I update my phone it still functions very well. I’ve heard a lot of controversy surrounding refurbished phones but so far with my experience I rate it 100/10 and I def recommend.

I used at home, traveled and found it to be a great phone, easy to use and battery not bad. The camera is not fancy, and found zoom even farther, but shots and Video were great.

The phone came in mint condition, it arrived fast and it works flawlessly. I’m very happy with this iPhonr XR. However, when I pay over 500 dollars for a phone I don’t except to get a cheap charger with a very short cord. I found thisso unprofessional and frankly outrageous. When a customer pays over 500 dollars for a phone it must come with an original charger, and please don’t pack it in a torn box.

I was om the market, looking for an unlocked phone as a gift for my little sister. In talking to the cell phone carrier they recommended Best Buy. They mentioned that Best Buys products are guaranteed, ensure compatibility, and they never have issues with setting up service. We shopped online and quickly found exactly what we needed. Furthermore, the website clearly explained how unlocked phones worked! It was very helpful! They had a good selection! Delivery was quick! We were amazed at the condition of the unlocked phone. It was just like new! She was over the moon! When she got it!

Its pre-owned but works and looks brand new i have no complaints definitely worth the price. I've looked all over and best buy literally gave me the best buy. I enjoy a bang for my buck. Phones are expensive but this one not only operating like new but it's even more convenient when you can purchase an unlocked phone to avoid the activation hassle when switching companies.

I have had this iPhone for a little over 2 years and it works perfectly fine I have had no issues with the phone at all. Best Buy also gave me the best customer service I have ever had from a phone place since I have moved to Indiana.

The phone was in very good condition. The only issue is that the battery capacity has degraded to 78% and will not reach at least 80% as advertised. Screen perfect, case perfect.
