    Literally got a phone with 75% battery life! Spent almost 400 for a phone that I have to spend more money for the battery replacement.

    For a refurbished iPhone it looks new. Starter phone for my 12 year old daughter. Next item on the list is an iPad I saw. So excited.

    Bought this phone as refurb with a warranty, shipped here with a bad battery. Best Buy said since it was refurbished it had a warranty, apple said no. I was left with no choice but to return it.

    The phone's software was pretty similar to newer model phone. The battery was faulty upon initial receipt. Screen appears to have been replaced with more durable product as screen did not shatter.

    I purchased a used iphone for my 85 year old mother and out of the box, the speaker did not work and will not stay charged. We took it in to best buy 17 days after purchase and were told too bad, not under warranty. Spent hours on the phone with support and after 3 calls, was assured it was under apple warranty, which was a total lie. I am cancelling my best buy account and will never buy again. Best Buy should be ashamed!
