    The refurbished phone I got had a huge storage space, which I very much need in order to perform most of my functions. The battery it came with, however, was 78% life out of the package. This means it’s going to need service soon for a replacement battery. I got this phone because my iPhone 7 could no longer be serviced.

    Received the product with scratches and charged $45.00 restocking fee for returning product. I would not recommend purchasing pre-owned phones from Best Buy. I spent $501.00 for a pre-owned Iphone with the expectation of receiving a product in excellent condition. It is not worth the risk unless you are willing to lose $45.00 for something without a guarantee. I purchased the same refurbished phone from apple for $50.00 more with a full warranty.

    My calls drop constantly. So, I switch the SIM card to my old phone and my calls were not dropped. I certainly don’t recommend.
