I received a stolen and blacklisted iPhone. I can't use it...it was very embarrassing because I gave it to my wife as a Christmas gift and our phone company tried to disconnect our lines. How did i receive a stolen phone from best buy

It is great using it for everything other than an actual phone. The speaker at the top for your ear barely works. I have to put it on speaker phone to hear most calls.
