    I purchased this phone pre owned, it came in good condition. I have not have any issues. The shipping was fast and the package arrived earlier. Battery last me all day in basic seach and youtube videos

    the first day i got my phone barely 10 minutes into the call it got real hot and when the person would talk it would sound really glichy like a robot, it also came with a little scratch.

    XS max working good. At first it was heating up. Then you upgrade to a 6 on IOS. Working fine now.

    iPhone XS Max is a great phone and for the price of it being refurbished which really means someone wanted to upgrade to a newer model but the phone is in great shape a few scratches but it’s to be expected . my only complaint is the phone not being shipped in an apple phone box along with apple certified charging block and cord other wise quick and timely shipping .

    It’s a nice looking phone, I was expecting it to be a bit bigger than it was. The voice record for messages stopped working. Buttons have to be pressed a bit harder.

    Everything was nice about the phone minus the audio. The speaker is clearly broken.. sounds muffled and trying to get fixed isn’t covered. Sucks. $600 phone just to pay more to fix
