Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Whatever they describe in Best Buy website is not what you get it from the store. I ordered one device and they sent me another one different color with the scratch in the screen and lock it now I have a problem to activate that device.

I walked in to Best Buy to add it to my members. Insurance coverage. I was very disappointed to find out. It's a third party, so you're not purchasing it from best. Please be aware

Bad experience
