Nothing is perfect but this phone has been working just fine for my daughter. The battery is pretty good and it came with a screen protector and a charging cable which was a plus, appearance wise it had very mine small scratches but that’s nothing compared to what she did to her last phone.

Phone was in good conditions for a refurbished. I am quite satisfied with the product. The only problem was that it is an esim phone and i wasn't aware but i got it sorted out.

It's perfect, looks brand new, and comes with all accessories.

Screen wasn’t cracked and cameras weren’t scratched they had a screen protector on when I first opened the box and gave a charger with it the battery life lasts a long time.

Could have lived with the 72% battery capacity had that been the only issue, but the “selfie” camera was blurry, when I turned the phone on it said it couldn’t recognize the screen. Said that it wasn’t an Apple product. This was a refurbished phone. The screen replacement jutted out off the phone itself. The phone screen also had a full time blue hue to it. At certain angles the phone screen looked dark or white. Ended up returning the phone, paid the restocking fee (kinda bogus, wasn’t like I don’t want the phone, it just shouldn’t have been sold in that condition) see photos below

I ordered two phones, one midnight blue the other purple. Received two light blue phones. Unresponsive help to get the correct items.

Overall, I am satisfied with this iPhone. It is fast, easy to use, and has a very nice display. The phone runs smoothly, and the battery life is good for everyday use. The only downside is that the camera has a few minor issues and doesn’t always perform as expected, especially in certain lighting conditions. However, it still takes decent photos for daily use. Despite this, the iPhone is a solid device, and I would still recommend it.

This phone iscworking perfectly as i expected it to function and i am comfortable using it. It's light in weight, picture quality is good, screen quality is good as well, memory is enough to capture moments of time.

This is actually my second time purchasing a refurbished phone from Best Buy, and both experiences have been very positive. In this case, the phone arrived with the battery health at 80%, but the battery life has still been surprisingly good. The screen looks like new, and overall the device works perfectly. I'm satisfied with the purchase and would definitely consider buying refurbished from Best Buy again.

The iPhone 14 that we purchased is working fine. It was not in the excellent condition as I expected as there were indents/scratches on the sides which were probably done when a case was removed. We could not transfer the data directly from my wife's old iPhone directly to this one but was able to get most everything from the cloud. Overall a good purchase but the description was a little off.

Phone looked like it was brand new. The battery has 83% life left in it. We are happy with it.

The phone looks like new on the outside. I had a shop check the battery and they said it's good for only about 6 more months (having lost about 15% of its capacity). I didn't expect a miracle unit, but "refurbishing" probably should include battery replacement.

Phone works just fine, great condition. Happy with my purchase.
