Product description was misleading and customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. This product was described as “Refurbished Excellent” and ‘“like-new”—the phone I received had major cosmetic damage, and was very visibly scratched along all sides. I don’t necessarily mind having a phone with cosmetic flaws, as long as it works, but I was very disappointed at the blatant misrepresentation of the condition of the phone and the price I paid for it, given the used condition. So I reached out to Wireless Source to request options for a price adjustment or partial refund. I did receive one response (that was short and unprofessionally written) asking me to provide photos of the phone and then got no response for nearly a week. After following up four separate times, I left a message stating that I would be pursuing a total refund from Best Buy instead—only then did they respond again, with a message about their return policy that completely disregarded any of the prior information or communication I provided. Best Buy at least was very helpful about handling the return and my refund, but I hope they vet their marketplace sellers better in the future.

The item was advertised as refurbished excellent, I receive a product with 73% battery life very poor and the dishonest seller refuse to refund me not even the value of replacing the battery saying they can only offer 10% back. Best Buy did a poor job varifying and vetting third party sellers/scammers.

The product is fine so far. The market place partner was terrible! My order was delayed over and over and over and I couldn’t not get a definitive answer as to why!
